Double-glazed windows consist of two or more glass panes that are separated by an air or gas filled cavity that is completely sealed by an aluminum spacer, forming a transparent insulating barrier between the interior of your space and the outdoors. This type of glass will work best with Low-E glass to give you with the maximum amount of insulation.
